To begin the process, select one of our Ready-To-Purchase homes that are currently under construction in one of our partner communities.

Our Ready-To-Purchase homes are artfully pre-curated with designer finishes for you. If you wish to customize or change any of the finishes, you may do so within the allowable limits of each construction phase.

The construction will be completed according to the agreed-upon specifications, and you can start planning your move-in process.

Ready-To-Build Homes

For this path, choose one of our partner communities where we offer our Ready-To-Build homes for construction. These are planned communities that we have carefully selected that each offer a variety of amenities, a great location, and a safe place for your investment.

After selecting your community, pick a Ready-To-Build home from one of our Home Collections that we offer for the community. The Ready-To-Build homes are meticulously pre-designed and artfully pre-curated for you.

Choose your specific lot within the community where you would like to build. Based on the plan you select, specific lots will be available to build upon

If you want to customize the home, you have the opportunity to add upgrade packages such as a whole house generator, upgraded plumbing fixtures, upgraded flooring and others. Also, you can customize the finishes of the home, as well as you can request certain design changes to tailor the home to your exact needs. Approved design changes will be dependent upon specific criteria such as each communities’ covenants and restrictions or structural engineering.

Once you have finalized your customization and any requested modifications have been approved and implemented, the construction process begins. Our team will start building your home according to the agreed-upon specifications, and you can look forward to seeing your home take shape.

Completely Custom Home

The first step in this process starts with a project outline meeting. We discuss general information about the project such as, approximate budget, approximate timeline, existing design professionals involved and the completion state of plans and site procurement status. Bloom Construction will review the information provided to us and make a determination as to whether we can fulfill the requirements of the project.

Once the project is determined a fit for everyone and Pre-Construction Agreements are executed, Bloom Construction will move forward assisting you with site selection, designing and engineering construction documents, Scope of Works formation, estimating and scheduling, financing procurement, and the other various tasks required to prepare the project for construction.

Construction will begin and your bespoke home will start to come to life!
